PERMITS
All applications for permits issued by the Building Department must be submitted online. This includes permits for demolition, building construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and solar work. Click on image below to access the online E-Permitting Portal to prepare and submit your application
To conduct a search of Building Department permit records on the E-Permitting Portal, select Search for Records once you are on the Portal. You do not need to create an account in Viewpoint or log in to perform this search. You can perform a search by Address, Plat & Lot #, or Record # (this is the permit # that has been assigned to the project), if known. You can view permit application details as well as any files that are part of the record, as well as the status of the permit.
