Probate Court meets the first Friday of every month unless otherwise indicated on the Monthly Meeting Calendar. Probate Court is held at the Tiverton Town Hall, 343 Highland Road, Tiverton, RI 02878 at 8:30 a.m.

The Judge of Probate Court is Richard P. D'Addario.
